Interior and Exterior Painting.

Fair rates, professional tools and free estimates! All my paint jobs are of the highest quality. I will fully prepare the surface for a premium finish.

Exterior Paint:

All exterior surfaces will be pressure washed prior to prepping. During the prep process I will fully sand and scrape any loose paint and feather the edges for a smooth finish. All raw wood will be primed with an Oil based primer and all windows and doors caulked and cracks filled. In most cases the wall surfaces will be sprayed and "back-rolled" for excellent coverage and no gaps or pops. Trim is always hand painted with special attention to "troublesome" and often missed areas.
Note: This is also a great time to replace your light fixtures and install security cameras or sensors.

Interior Paint:

I take special care to cover any items in the rooms and completely cover the floor to avoid any dripping or spills on your floors or carpets. All surfaces will be washed, sanded or etched as needed. Wall plates and covers will be removed and all outlets covered to avoid collecting paint. All surfaces will be patched and holes filled as needed prior to priming and painting. Most interior flat surfaces only require a single coat of paint and is usually applied with a roller. As always trim is applied with a brush.
Note: this is a perfect time to replace your switch covers and wall plates because the installation is free after painting.

It seems like these are the most neglected items sitting around our houses. They collect dirt and debris, and almost not worth mentioning is all the air born scraps that is carried in with this fog that we seem to love here. (ok it's mostly salt and minerals but that just sounds so boring)
