Warehouse Space, Extra Bathroom with Storage

Here are some images of one of my customers warehouse spaces that needed an extra bathroom (the girls were tired of sharing with the boys).

It started from corner in the building that was piled high with boxes and miscellaneous items. The exposed pipes were quite the eyesore. The first thing to do was to build the new walls for the door and to hide the black pipes. This was followed by the new plumbing requirements and electrical boxes. Sheetrock, taping and texturing was followed by a fresh coat of paint. New floor and door, install all the fixtures. We built some medium duty shelving for storage and after assembling the nice coffee center and cabinets for the food areas we ended up with a very nice employee bathroom/break/coffee area.
